Meliá de Tredós

Tamara was incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful. We had a bit of a disaster with our car whilst in the area, Tamara went out of her way to help us get the issue resolved, and made our extended stay at the hotel extremely pleasant. The hotel manager also came to us directly to assist with our trouble, and managed to use his local contacts to help us. The breakfast is excellent, and the whole place is designed to a very high standard. The parking was also very convenient and secure. I hope to return in the future. Thank you Tamara and team!

The staff was amazing beyond anything I have seen. They were always there to help even trying to connect the super bowl for me to watch. The food was excellent and the hotel was pretty and very clean. Overall we loved our stay and felt very well taken care of.

we stayed as a family of 4 for skiing. room was large and very comfortable and wide. very clean and well maintained. breakfast was very rich and fresh. staff were amazingly kind from shuttle guy through the bar next to fireplace and kind camila and of course reception team. we will be back

The location is very good, the room is big and comfortable and they have a transfer to the snow tracks
